Collection of shipments sent as Postán maradók is possible during the opening hours of the post offices.
In the case of a shipment addressed to a parcel machine, MPL sends a message to the recipient's mobile phone and e-mail address about the arrival of the package and the collection deadline, which is 2 business days after the message is delivered. Most machines are accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The package can be removed from the machine without waiting with the identification code received in the message. If the package was sent with additional payment for goods, the recipient must pay the amount of the goods at the machine with a bank card in order to receive the package. The parcel compartment will open after payment. If the parcel has not been collected within the 2-working day deadline, the parcel will be delivered to the post office by MPL. The recipient will then receive further information via SMS and e-mail about which post office their parcel has been placed at and how long they can collect it (according to the sender's indication, they have 5 working days).
